Our renowned product SmartKnitter® is the leading design-production software in the knitwear industry. It’s function such as TianYi seamless knitwear solution, Smart Cloud, Colour Grouping and Dithering, Pattern-Fill with Partial-knitting Panels, and Linking Simulations, etc., providing a complete solution from drafting knit specifications to producing knit programs, which has been assisting our clients to improve production efficiency while enhancing quality.

The founding stone of our company is interactive design, we believe the only way to deliver tailor solutions that fit our customers need is by growing interactively with the industry. 2019: TianYi

TianYi, our seamless knitwear solution which utilizes readily available 2-needle bed knitting machines and regular knitting specifications, is developed to minimizing the linking processes to help fight the challenges of raising manpower costs.

2018: SmartSample™

We developed a series of products, including the Smart Swatches Cloud and SmartSample™ software , which provide the latest knit swatches design and platform for the industry to encourage self-initiated designs.

2017: Improved Pattern-Fill Functions

Pattern-Fill on Partial-Knitted Panels function has launches to provide an alternative to traditional printing and dyeing, which improves the quality and quantity of patterned garments.

2016: Swatches Development Programme

Swatches Development programme is launched, in which we collaborate with renowned yarn-mills to create original knit-swatches collections as an example to the Fast-Response Solution the industry in need of.

2015: Custom Made Solutions

We made various improvement to our software to provide a Custom-Made Solution for the growing bespoke design market in China. The solution provides the technology required to minimize the manpower cost and to improve the quality of products.

2014: Linking Procedure Digitized

Linking Procedure and Timing function is launched in 2014. It allows management to monitor the linking time and manpower cost, which in turn better the arrangement of production lines for higher production rates.

2013: Photo-Quality Pattern Knitting

Inspired by the CMYK Inkjet printing technology, we developed the 5-colour photo-quality pattern knitting function in SmartKnitter® to improve the quality of patterned garment and lessen the environmental impact of piece  dyeing and printing.

2011: Education Sponsorship

We started the sponsorship and collaborations with educational institutions with Knitwear Studies to help nurture the future Professionals of our industry.

2010: Online Inbox

Online Inbox function is launched with knitwear experts to help clients with their problems anytime, anywhere.

2008: Over 90% Machines Support

SmartKnitter® is the first knitting software launched that supports over 90% of V-bed knitting machines, including Stoll, Shima-Seiki and major domestic machines.

2006: Yarn Weight Estimations and Knit Simulations

In order to help control the production cost, we developed the yarn weight calculation function to estimates the yarn weights and proportions of all graded sizes. Manual measurements is no longer necessary, which improve the efficiency and lower the material waste by 10-30%.

In the same year, knit stitch simulation function is launched for better communications between factories and clients.
